Reserving Space for the UMass Boston Community
25Live is UMass Boston's reservation and calendar system. The system is used to reserve indoor and outdoor spaces across campus, manage meeting and event support services, and bring it all together into a central calendar for the campus community.
If you are new to the non-academic scheduling process, please start by watching the training videos linked below and reviewing the job aids. If you'd like to schedule a 15-minute training with us, please email us. Your UMass Boston credentials are required to access 25Live.
