25Live is UMass Boston’s reservation and calendar system for booking indoor and outdoor spaces, requesting event support, and adding events to the campus event calendar.

Event space on campus is limited, and we work to ensure as many departments as possible can host their events. Your cooperation with our guidelines helps us process 25Live requests quickly and maintain fair access for everyone.

 

Please follow these tips when submitting your request:

Plan Ahead

Avoid booking at peak times, especially at the start and end of each semester.

Bundle Requests

Submit all dates in one request to avoid duplicates and delays. Weekly meetings sent as separate requests will be denied and must be resubmitted together.
